The company made it clear that during the year, the company's comprehensive ammonia energy consumption, thermal power supply standard coal consumption, and SBS rubber plant energy consumption indicators reached the middle and upper reaches of the system; the industrial water reuse rate reached 97.
In terms of energy saving, the company takes the energy management system as the starting point, strengthens energy use process monitoring and device energy optimization research, deepens energy gradient utilization and low temperature heat recovery; promotes the application of circulating water system energy saving, low temperature heat utilization, device heat integration, and exchange Thermal network optimization and other new energy-saving technologies; strictly implement the annual energy efficiency improvement plan and strengthen the assessment, and strive to implement 6 energy efficiency improvement projects by the end of the year.
In terms of water saving, the company carried out regular leak detection and agricultural water remediation to reduce pipe network leakage; the cascade utilization of source water and the internal reuse of the end-of-standard sewage were investigated and discharged, and short-term scientific research projects were combined to promote the reuse of the qualified sewage into circulating water.
In terms of carbon reduction, the company carried out carbon peaking, carbon neutrality research and carbon reduction actions, completed annual carbon emission accounting and third-party on-site verification work; completed the first compliance work for the national carbon trading of self-provided power plants, and improved the company's carbon Transaction management system.
