The SEBS products exhibited this time are produced by a complete set of technology independently developed by Baling Petrochemical, and the technologies and products have filled the domestic gap, and won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award and China Excellent Patent Award
.
At present, Baling Petrochemical SEBS has an annual production capacity of more than 100,000 tons, and medical SEBS has been rated as the 2021 innovative product
of new chemical materials by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation.
In terms of epoxy resin, Baling Petrochemical has developed dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) phenol-type epoxy resin and phenol-biphenyl epoxy resin based on the complete set of industrial technology of o-cresol epoxy resin, which are used as 5G communication substrate raw materials
with high temperature resistance and high frequency.
The company has also completed the research and development of epoxy resin products for carbon fiber composite materials, the epoxy resin system for vacuum infusion of wind turbine blades has passed the certification of Lloyd's Register of Germany, the epoxy resin system for pultrusion wind turbine blades to meet the needs of different customers, and the 35 MPa high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinder prepared by epoxy resin system products for high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinders has passed the national gas cylinder special certification

Polycaprolactone is a new degradable material with good biodegradability, biocompatibility and shape memory properties
