Baling Petrochemical Water Affairs Department makes multiple efforts to promote quality and efficiency

Since the beginning of the year, the water department of the company has locked the goal of improving quality and efficiency, focusing on improving cost reduction awareness, potential tapping ability and efficiency creation level, starting from strengthening safety production, consolidating "three bases" management, and taking multiple measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

The Ministry of Water Affairs has strengthened emission reduction at the source by increasing measurement and analysis methods, adjusting the carbon-nitrogen ratio of the biochemical system, and promoting intelligent dosing of phosphorus removal at the end, quantifying the use of large and expensive methanol, phosphorus removal agents, and flocculants.

In terms of agricultural water reduction and cost reduction, the Ministry of Water Affairs uses reused water to clean the sludge pools of the biochemical devices and implement source homogeneous water distribution to reduce fresh water consumption and total wastewater load.

The Ministry of Water Affairs also strictly controls the quality of quicklime, insists on cleaning and deducting ash to ensure that the quality of quicklime is qualified, consumption is controlled, and non-conforming products are returned.
