Baling Petrochemical's 5-year follow-up and training of newly introduced college graduates

In March this year, Zhang Xinzhu, a college student employee of the Baling Petrochemical Department of Thermal Power, who was newly recruited in the second half of last year, entered the day class after six months of follow-up study in the second class of Yunxi boiler plant operation.

“During the shift, under the careful guidance of my master Pan Feng and others, I first became familiar with the overall operation process of the boiler, and then I learned about each system, and drew a flowchart, went to the scene to familiarize myself with pipeline directions, valve positions, etc.

"During the induction training, the human resources department of the company announced to us the five-year follow-up training plan.

Since 2018, Baling Petrochemical Company has newly introduced 140 college graduates in the past three years.

"The newly released 5-year follow-up training plan is formulated in accordance with the company's 2019 introduction and training management rules for college graduates.

The company’s newly introduced five-year follow-up training plan for college graduates shows that each person is divided into the first month, the second to the sixth month, the sixth to the twelfth month, the second year, the third year, and the fourth year.

On this basis, the plan table proposes specific training goals for each stage of the three types of college graduates: business management, technology, and skill operation.
