    Sinopec News Network reported recently from Baling Petrochemical that from January to June, Baling Petrochemical’s SBS and SSBR green synthetic rubber plants completed the energy consumption and economic assessment indicators, setting a new record in history

    Since the beginning of this year, Baling Petrochemical has actively carried out carbon peaking, carbon neutral research and carbon reduction actions, continued to consolidate the results of green enterprise actions, and promote energy conservation, consumption reduction and quality improvement

    The SBS plant with an annual output of 200,000 tons is the plant with the largest production capacity among Baling Petrochemical's lithium rubbers.
    Its coagulation process is the "larger" steam consumption of the plant.
    It is mainly used to heat condensed hot water, increase the temperature of the glue liquid and vaporize hydrocarbon solvents

    The company finds the crux of the problem, proposes optimization and transformation measures for granular water, adjusts the flow of hot water according to the characteristics of the brand, reduces energy consumption, and develops a fast-in and fast-out solution for glue to reduce residence time and reduce heat loss

    To this end, the company organized technical and skilled personnel to work together to analyze the value of the entire cyclohexane process and formulate a special rectification plan, focusing on improving the effect of coalescence and deoiling and increasing the recovery rate of tail gas cyclohexane

    The SSBR unit with an annual output of 30,000 tons was completed and put into operation in 2018, which is the “new force” of Baling Petrochemical's creation

    In mid-April this year, the device started its first major overhaul after driving

    The company has also optimized and perfected the energy metering system of the SSBR device, adding the device steam summary table and the post-processing steam summary table to ensure more accurate energy measurement
