Baling Petrochemical's new SEBS plant meets the standards for single-line production capacity

China Petrochemical News Network reported on April 20 that Baling Petrochemical's new SEBS plant with an annual output of 50,000 tons has been overhauled in early April and the 7900 production line has achieved a single-line capacity up to standard operation.

On February 1, Baling Petrochemical used a complete set of process technology with completely independent intellectual property rights to build a new SEBS device with an annual output of 50,000 tons.

The post before the new device is a key position for chemical reactions, covering multiple production links such as polymerization, hydrogenation and desalination.

At the same time, the plant equipment team strengthened the management of large-scale equipment units of the new plant, eliminated the leaks of the powder cyclone system in time, and continuously optimized the process parameters such as the grinder system, the opening of the salt cooling system and the opening rate of the SDU template.
