BASF lifts force majeure on PA66 compound

According to a recent letter from BASF to customers, BASF has lifted its force majeure declaration for PA66 compounds
.

The company said that the current supply of intermediates for PA66 compounds has improved
.
Its internal suppliers also terminated the force majeure declaration that had been in place since April
.
Based on the overall improvement in supply conditions, BASF announced the official lifting of the force majeure on the PA66 compound previously released in April
.

However, despite BASF's move, some buyers may experience limited supplies as logistics conditions remain unimproved

BASF's letter also mentioned that the company will still implement quota allocation in December for sales
