    BASF unveils three new flexible materials for 3D printing of fused filament manufacturing

    BASF Forward AM has announced a portfolio of Ultrafuse flexible filament materials for extruded polymer 3D printers

    Ultrafuse TPU 64D, TPU 95A and TPS 90A materials are claimed to have a soft but durable touch, high mechanical strength and excellent abrasion resistance
    These follow the company's introduction of Ultrafuse TPU 85A and Ultrafuse TPC 45D flexible materials in 2018


    BASF believes the new Ultrafuse flexible filament material is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications and enables the "easy, fast and cost-effective" production of parts with "excellent flexibility and impact resistance.
