regional traffic management measures during peak hours on weekdays.
The Beijing Municipal Traffic Management Bureau subsequently announced on May 18 that the unrestricted driving measures for new energy passenger cars will be implemented
from June 1.
According to the relevant departments of the Beijing Municipal Traffic Management Bureau, pure electric passenger cars refer to small passenger cars
driven by electric motors with rechargeable batteries as the only power source.
Since there is no difference in the type of vehicle on the driving license for pure electric vehicles (excluding taxis) registered before September 1, 2014, the owner of the electric vehicle must complete the renewal procedure before June 1, and the new renewed driving license will indicate the electric vehicle
