    Recently, the German company Belectric announced that it is about to build a 460 MW solar cell project
    in Australia.

    Earlier this year, Germany-based energy company innogy SE announced that Belectric, through its subsidiary Belectric Australia, would control EPC and O&M for two projects in New South Wales with a combined capacity of more than 460MW.

    The Managing Director of Belectric Solar & Battery said, "With nearly 2GW of executed projects globally for us as an EPC provider, Australia is a promising market
    to further solidify our global leadership.

    He added, "Large-scale solar has gone from an emerging technology at the beginning of the decade to a truly game-changing form
    of electricity generation in Australia.
    High solar radiation and rapidly falling costs have led to the realization of a large number of new projects

    This includes two large projects in NSW, where Belectric was awarded an EPC contract

    With our experienced new and existing employees, we are ready to prepare the construction of the first solar power plants in the coming weeks
