    Thailand's B.
    Grimm Power Company has reportedly announced that it has secured a 420 MW solar project
    from Vietnamese utility EVN.

    The project, located in southwestern Vietnam, has signed a 20-year power purchase agreement at a feed-in tariff
    of 9.
    35 cents per kWh.

    The scheduled commissioning date of the project is expected to be before
    June 30, 2019.

    Back in June, B.
    Grimm signed a cooperation agreement with Vietnam Xuanke to develop the project, which will be the largest solar project
    in Southeast Asia.

    Separately, China JinkoSolar has signed a 240MW solar module supply agreement with signed EPC Powerchina Huadong Engineering for the second phase
    of the 420MW Dau Tieng solar power plant.

    Grimm purchased an 80% stake
    in Vietnam's 257MW solar project from Vietnam's Truong Thanh Group (TTVN) through its subsidiary B.
    Grimm Renewable Power 2 Limited.
