"While allowing the boiler to eat 'coarse grains', it is the top priority to ensure that the boiler's various emission indicators meet the emission standards
In the early stage, on the one hand, the plant actively connected with the local environmental protection department, and went out many times to inspect coal sources and transportation costs, and relaxed the coal source indicators on the premise of ensuring that the emissions met the standards; Experts carry out special investigations to provide a reliable basis for coal preparation, coal supply, production assurance, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement
"At present, according to the calorific value, sulfur content, water content, ash content and other indicators, we have selected and blended 4 coal sources, implemented different stages and different methods of blending, and adjusted the operation at any time according to the actual operating conditions.
In order to strictly control the quality of coal entering the factory, the factory implements a "double sample" inspection, and a coal quality acceptance team is formed by professional and technical personnel from relevant departments.
However, the implementation of mixed burning is not "once and for all", and difficulties in the operation process follow one after another
"Different sources of mixed coal will cause problems such as fluctuations in the calorific value of coal combustion, large adjustment frequency of coal supply and chemical raw materials
After the boilers were fed with "coarse grains", from January to July, the plant burned more than 80,000 tons of low-priced coal sources, saving more than 25 million yuan in cost compared to using a single source of coal
