Borealis completes new plastic recycling plant

Borealis and Ecoplast held the inauguration ceremony for their joint strategic investment in a new plastic recycling pla.

Ecoplast is mainly engaged in the processing of plastic waste from household and industrial consumers into high-quality recycled materia.

60% increase in production capacity

The newly added ultra-modern PE film recycling line can increase Ecoplast's existing production capacity by 60% to meet the strong market demand for low-density polyethylene (LDPE) recycled materi.

Low-density polyethylene is especially suitable as a raw material for film packaging, and its quality is relatively guarante.

The new mechanical recycling system uses a fully automatic process to prepare and shred plastic waste, with an optimized washing process and an improved near-infrared sorting st.

Due to the different chemical compositions of different waste plastics, they can be sorted with a high degree of uniformity after absorbing near-infrared wavelengt.
