In terms of plastics and rubber, the "Planning" proposes to extend the development of new high-end automotive plastics, packaging materials, agricultural pipes, medical materials and other plastic products around the refining and chemical integration project

In terms of special chemicals, the "Planning" proposes to develop special electronic chemicals such as etchants, packaging materials, high-purity reagents, special gases, solvents, electronic special adhesives, and functional resins

The "Plan" clarifies the development direction of new chemical materials, focusing on consolidating and developing advanced polymer materials such as high-performance polyolefins, high-end engineering plastics, special synthetic rubber, and new coating materials, and vigorously developing new fluorine materials; improving the overall self-sufficiency rate of new chemical materials, Accelerate the green process and product development of fine chemicals, and focus on making breakthroughs in high-end fine chemical products such as high-end surfactants and electronic chemicals
