After the expansion of Cabot Jiangxi Phase II, it successfully took the lead in applying the "flash vaporization" technology, using the heat energy released by the process reaction to convert water into steam, which not only solved the factory's own use of steam, but also supplied external sources, saving considerable annual savings.
With 10,000 tons of standard coal, it can reduce 26,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, which is another innovation of Cabot to build an energy-saving and environmentally-friendly green factory

On March 28, 2018, since Cabot Tianjin factory obtained the Responsible Care 14001 environmental management standard certification, all Cabot's factories in China including the Jiangxi factory have passed the RC14001 system certification
.
After the certification, the Jiangxi factory has carried out responsible care more systematically, and has improved the performance of safety, health, environmental protection, process safety, product safety, emergency response, community communication and transportation safety
