The closed water cutting system is an important environmental protection project of Cangzhou Refining and Chemical Company.

During the implementation of the project, the Cangzhou Refining & Chemical Storage and Transportation Department strengthened coordination and cooperation with the competent departments, and implemented rectifications and reforms one by one to promote project construction in response to more than 20 issues affecting commissioning.

At the same time, the territorial units strengthen the management of the construction operation process, and focus on inspections of construction personnel's operation tickets and temporary electricity use to ensure the safety, progress and quality of the construction project, so that it can be put into use.
