connecting Cali in Colombia and Quinto, Ecuador.
According to reports, this submarine cable system will also pass through Popayan, Ipiales and Pasto, Colombia and the Tulcan and Ibarra regions of Ecuador, with a total length of 585 kilometers and a capacity of 400Gbps
.
In addition, the system will land at the Colombian port of Buenaventura via a 300-kilometer submarine cable feeder line to connect to the existing South American network system, South American Crossing

The South American Crossing submarine network system is managed by Global Crossing Telecommunications (GCT), a subsidiary of Level 3 Communications, and connects St.
