Changling Refinery uses fiber membrane technology to refine liquefied petroleum gas

China Petrochemical News Network News On May 26, Changling Refining & Chemical technicians completed the first-phase curve verification and comparison of the mercaptan content, removal rate, total sulfur and other indicators of the liquefied gas desulfurization clean-up project.

As the national environmental protection and energy conservation and emission reduction management are becoming more and more stringent, it is more difficult to deal with pollutants such as organic waste emissions and alkali residues generated by the product desulfurization process in the oil refining production process.

This project is one of the key environmental protection projects of Changling Refining & Chemical.

According to reports, the fiber membrane desulfurization technology uses the alkaline washing and water washing process to enable the lye to be recycled, which can greatly reduce the amount of lye used in the system and reduce the discharge of alkali-containing sewage from the source.
