On March 27, 2019, the environmental impact assessment report of the Changqing ethane-to-ethylene project of Yulin Company was approved by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment

Changqing Ethane-to-Ethylene Project is a national demonstration project and a key refining and chemical project of the group company, and a major strategic project for the transformation and upgrading of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company and high-quality development.
The legal compliance procedures are the preconditions for project construction and operation.

Therefore, Yulin Company has comprehensively sorted out the detailed project design, basic design, EIA report, etc.
