Han Baole, deputy secretary-general of China Polyurethane Industry Association, told reporters that in the course of serving its members, the association found that polyurethane companies have encountered many intellectual property disputes, some companies have encountered trademark infringements, and some companies’ trademarks have been registered by so-called foreign partners.

In this regard, the China Polyurethane Industry Association commissioned a professional intellectual property agency to provide guidance for enterprises to participate in the selection of patent awards, recognition of China's well-known trademarks, overseas trademark registration, and rights protection, which has effectively promoted the improvement of the industry's intellectual property protection capabilities
