Sinochem News on June 22, Chuanneng Power announced that it would acquire Sichuan Energy Investment Dingsheng Lithium Co.

According to the announcement, Dingsheng Lithium is mainly engaged in the production, sales and research and development of lithium salt products such as battery-grade lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide
