In order to reduce the risk of the mixed burning of Shaanxi coal, the personnel of the Thermal Power Operation Department of Chuanwei Chemical strictly monitored the changes in furnace temperature, the burning nozzle and the coking of the furnace water wall, etc.

In order to ensure continuous and uniform coal supply, Chuanwei Chemical effectively used the time limit for gas shutdown at the beginning of the year and added a bucket wheel reclaimer in the coal yard to achieve precise coal blending of Shaanxi Coal by frequency conversion control and reclaiming measurement.

Due to the high sulfur content of Shaanxi coal, the original circulating pump and absorption tower spray layer cannot meet the environmental protection requirements of the outlet flue gas sulfur dioxide.

Last year, Chuanwei Chemical burned more than 260,000 tons of Shaanxi coal, reducing costs and increasing efficiency by about 15 million yuan.
