    Sinochem News Network News on December 14, Clariant announced that the company will modernize and upgrade its research facilities in Toyama, Japan, to achieve faster and more efficient experimental activities


    Clariant's NiSat series of powdered hydrogenation catalysts and StyroMax series of styrene production catalysts are the two main products developed at the Toyama site


    Ma Aide, Global R&D Director of Clariant’s Catalyst Business Unit, said: “Upgrading and expanding the Toyama site is part of our strategy to steadily improve global R&D capabilities


    The Toyama site is one of Clariant Catalyst’s 10 global R&D centers and the third largest of its 14 production sites
