On May 22, 2020, Advanced Global Investment Co.
(AGIC), a joint venture between Advanced Petrochemical Corporation (APC) and SK Group, announced that Clariant's CATOFIN™ catalyst will be selected for the PDH plant in the Middle East

The plant will operate using McDermott's Lummus process with Clariant's CATOFIN™ catalyst and will deliver more than 840,000 tonnes of propylene per year
