[Coal Chemical Industry] Anqing Petrochemical Refining and Conversion Engineering Structure Adjustment Project Approved

The environmental impact report of Anqing Petrochemical's refining conversion project structure adjustment project was approved by the Anqing City Ecological Environment Bureau, laying the foundation for the legal start of the project.

Anqing Petrochemical's refining transformation project structure adjustment project has been declared to be included in the national "14th Five-Year Plan" project.

It is understood that the project is located in Anqing High-tech Zone, far away from residential areas.

After the completion of the project, the annual output of Anqing Petrochemical's refined oil will be reduced by 1/3.

On the morning of May 9, 2020, the Engineering Department of Sinopec Group Corporation held a video conference on project construction start-up and overall design coordination, marking that the construction of Anqing Petrochemical's refining and transforming plant structure adjustment project has officially started.
