The Shunbei Oil and Gas Field has deep reservoirs, high formation temperatures and high pressures.

Facing the urgent demand for high-performance downhole safety valves in the efficient exploration and development of the Shunbei Oil and Gas Field, the completion test management center has conducted thorough investigations and conducted inspections and technical exchanges with manufacturers, and decided to introduce domestic high-performance downhole safety valves processed and produced by China National Offshore Oil Service.

After passing the rigorous indoor test, the tool was used in the Shunbei 55X well in September last year for the first time.

Shunbei 41X, Shunbei 42X and other key wells use the same high-performance downhole safety valve to obtain high-yield industrial oil and gas flow after acid fracturing.

The domestically made high-performance downhole safety valve has been successfully applied in many key wells, which proves that this downhole tool has extremely high reliability and can fully replace similar imported downhole tools.
