    Sinochem News reported on December 2 that ConocoPhillips completed the acquisition of Shell’s assets in the Delaware Basin for US$9.


    Chairman and CEO Ryan Lance said: "This transaction has three key advantages: it complies with our strict supply cost framework; we have found ways to improve asset efficiency; this transaction makes our 10-year plan better


    Lance continued: "The completion of this acquisition has brought an end to our extraordinary year and has greatly strengthened our company as we move towards 2022.
