The scraps from the film production process are first crushed and then fed into the ZSK twin-screw extruder through a material conveying system and Coperion K-Tron's high-precision feeding system

    .

After homogenization by the ZSK twin-screw extruder, the recycled material is re-fed to the extrusion production line of the multilayer composite film to form a closed loop, so that there is no quality loss during the production process and the addition ratio of the recycled material can be very high

    .

Peter von Hoffmann, General Manager of Coperion Engineering Plastics and Special Applications, commented: "Sustainability is becoming more and more important and the circular economy has become a top priority for more and more companies.
It is especially important for composite film manufacturers

    .

Coperion's innovative closed-loop recycling solution allows all crushed scraps to be fed back to the film extrusion line during the production of multilayer composite films, forming a closed loop
