Both front seat backs of the concept car are made of Maeszio CFRTP, a reinforced thermoplastic composite from Covestro

"The seats in the passenger compartment are ideal targets for weight reduction, as they are one of the heaviest components there," said Lisa Ketelsen, head of the thermoplastic composites business at Covestro
