Sinopec News Network reported on June 8 that an invention patent of the Shengli Oilfield Technical Testing Center "Low-temperature demulsifier suitable for naphthenic-intermediate base crude oil emulsion and its preparation and use" was authorized by the State Intellectual Property Office
.

This technology solves the problems of high crude oil emulsion demulsification temperature and poor demulsification effect in the crude oil dehydration process, can effectively reduce the crude oil emulsion demulsification temperature, improve the low temperature demulsification effect of crude oil emulsion, and reduce the production cost of crude oil processing.

It is understood that the demulsifier technology for crude oil emulsions is currently the process technology commonly used in crude oil dehydration in various oil fields.
Lowering the demulsification temperature of crude oil emulsions can improve the low-temperature demulsification effect of crude oil emulsions, reduce crude oil processing production costs, and realize energy saving for enterprises.

This technology is applied in the oilfield joint station, compared with ordinary demulsifiers, it can reduce the demulsification temperature of crude oil emulsion by about 10℃, effectively saving about one-third of the fuel consumption of the crude oil heating furnace in the oilfield joint station, and has good energy saving and emission reduction benefits.
