It is understood that Dangsheng Technology has issued an announcement on November 8 that it intends to establish a joint venture company with Finnish Mining Group and its subsidiary Finland Battery Chemicals Co.

In addition to European projects, Dangsheng Technology will also cooperate with SK in "Asian Projects" and "Product Supply"

The two parties also agreed to establish a joint venture company in China if necessary, and promised to give priority to the Korean company in supplying lithium battery cathode material primary materials, and the Korean company promised to give priority to Dangsheng Technology and Chinese companies to purchase lithium battery cathode material primary materials for supply South Korea and the US market
