Daqing Oilfield Gulong Continental Shale Oil National Demonstration Zone was formally established

On the morning of August 28, the unveiling ceremony of the Gulong Continental Shale Oil National Demonstration Area and the Guyeyou Ping-1 Well in Daqing Oilfield was held in Heilongjiang

The Daqing Gulong Continental Shale Oil National Demonstration Area is located in the Qijia Gulong Sag in the northern Songliao Basin, covering an area of ​​2,778 square kilometers

It is understood that this demonstration area is China’s first national-level development demonstration area for shale-type shale oil with an annual oil output of more than one million tons.

In the next step, Daqing Oilfield will focus on the working ideas of "strengthening the foundation, clarifying resources, highlighting key points, tackling key problems, and accelerating advancement", strengthen basic research, increase exploration efforts, organize technical research and development experiments, and innovate mechanisms and systems.
