On March 28, French local time, at the award ceremony of the 2017 International Safety Performance Challenge of the same type of unit held in Paris, Daya Bay Nuclear Power Operation and Management Co.

in "nuclear safety/automatic shutdown" and "capability factor".
So far, Daya Bay Nuclear Power Company has won 38 first places
in this challenge.
"Nuclear safety/automatic shutdown" and "capability factor" are recognized by the international nuclear power industry as the hard indicators
that best reflect the level of nuclear power safety management and nuclear power operation performance.
In recent years, the capability factor of the six units of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Base has steadily improved, and Daya Bay Nuclear Power Company has won the championship
in the evaluation of the "capability factor" award for 10 consecutive years.
Since March 26, 2005, Unit 1 of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Base has been shut down for 13 consecutive years.
As of March 28, 2018, it has been in continuous safe operation for 4,366 days
.
EDF International Safety Operation Performance Challenge is currently one of the most authoritative competitions in the field of
nuclear power in the world.
The competition began in
