    10 Applicability of the method

Using this method, 11 different kinds of honey, such as sunflower honey, buckwheat honey, cotton honey, rape honey and sycamore honey, were added to 6 penicillins at four levels of 2.
    0μg/kg, 10ug/kg, 20ug/kg, and 40ug/kg.
The recovery rate experiment was carried out.
The analysis results are shown in Table 5-33.
From Table 5-33, it can be seen that the applicability of the method was checked with 11 types of honey at four addition levels .
The recovery rates of 6 types of penicillins were 80.
    6%~106.

The relative standard deviation is between 2.
    53% and 9.
02%, and the blank sample experiment also proved that there are no interference peaks in the peak regions of the 6 penicillins, indicating that the applicability of the method is good

    11 Repeatability and reproducibility

Under repeatability test conditions, the absolute difference between the two independent test results obtained does not exceed the repeatability limit (r).
If the difference exceeds the repeatability limit (r), the test results should be discarded and the two individual tests should be completed again.
