8 Linearity range and lower limit of determination

The linear range and correlation coefficient of each compound are shown in Table 1-7.
The addition level in this concentration range can be quantified by the internal standard method, and the results obtained are reliable

Using samples of puffer fish, live eels, grilled eels, milk and milk powder without β-stimulant drugs as the matrix, four concentration levels of recovery experiments were carried out for 12 β-stimulants.
The experimental results are shown in Table 1.

Under repeatability test conditions, the absolute difference between the two independent test results obtained does not exceed the repeatability limit (r).
If the difference exceeds the repeatability limit (r), the test results should be discarded and the two single tests should be completed again.
