1 Scope of application
The wood standard stipulates the volumetric method to determine the amine content in industrial butadiene
This standard applies to the determination of trace amines in butadiene produced by dimethylformamide (DMF) extraction method .
2 Reference standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute provisions of this standard through reference in this standard
GB/T601-1988 Preparation of standard solutions for chemical reagent titration analysis (volume analysis)
GB/T3723-1983 General rules for the sampling safety of industrial chemical products (eqv ISO 3165:1976)
GB/T8170-1987 Numerical Rounding Rules
3 Method summary
Extract the amine in butadiene with distilled water in a pressure bottle , take the extract, use neutral red bromothymol blue as an indicator, titrate with a hydrochloric acid standard solution, and determine the amine content in terms of ammonia
