    ① Preparation of sulfamic acid

    ② Preparation of dimethyl phosphoric acid amino methanesulfonic acid

    Dissolve 297 parts of amino methanesulfonic acid in 72 parts of water, slowly add 162 parts of 37% aqueous formaldehyde solution to the above aqueous solution under stirring, control the reaction temperature at 30-35°C, and after the addition of the aqueous formaldehyde solution is completed, Continue to stir the reaction for 30 minutes, then slowly increase the reaction temperature to 50°C, and keep the reaction at this temperature for 30 minutes
