DOMO Chemicals, a leader in sustainable polyamide solutions, has begun using a new sustainable black masterbatch based on recycled materials to complement the recycled base polymers in its ECONAMID® brand of sustainable polyamides

Based on the recycling of industrial waste, ECONAMID® is an industry benchmark in terms of performance levels and quality consistency

The new raw material is Cabot's TECHBLAK™ PE1003 black masterbatch
.
It uses post-industrial recycled PE carrier as an alternative to virgin polymer with similar machining properties
.
TECHBLAK™ PE1003 Black Masterbatch was developed for standard formulations specifically to help industry reduce carbon footprint and increase recycled content in final products
.

The introduction of this new recycled masterbatch helps meet the evolving circularity needs of the plastics industry and helps companies support sustainability goals across a variety of industries while maintaining peak performance
