Foreign news on October 17, the US Energy Information Administration (EIA) said in a drilling productivity report on Monday that crude oil production in the Permian basin (Permian), the largest shale oil basin in the United States, Texas and New Mexico, will increase by about 50,000 b/d in November to a record 5.
