5 sampling
Take samples according to the technical requirements of GB/T 13289 and GB/T 13290
6 Measurement procedure
6.
6.
To prevent atmospheric oxygen from penetrating into the gas path, all connecting pipelines should be made of stainless steel
6.
Use stainless steel tubing to connect the oxygen meter and the sample cylinder or sampling line
6.
When measuring liquid samples, measures should be taken first to make the sample completely vaporized into a continuous gaseous sample gas flow
Figure 4 Assembly drawing of the oxygen meter
6.
Before the formal measurement, check the connecting pipelines and joints for leaks
6.
Calibrate the instrument with the atmosphere or a standard gas with appropriate oxygen content according to the instrument's instructions.
6.
Connect the pipeline as described in 6.
In order to keep the instrument in good working condition, the measuring chamber can be flushed with high-purity nitrogen at a lower flow rate before and after the measurement.
7 Presentation of results
7.

2 Repeatability
The difference between the two measurement results obtained by the same instrument on the same sample should meet the following requirements:
When the oxygen content is less than or equal to 10 mL/m 3 , it is not more than 1 mL/m 3 ;
When the oxygen content is greater than 10mL/m 3 , it is not greater than 10% of the average value
.
8 reports
The report should include the following:
a) All information about the sample, such as sample name, batch number, sampling location, sampling date, sampling time, etc.
;
b) The code of this standard;
c) Measurement results;
d) Details and explanations of any abnormal phenomena observed in the measurement;
e) the name of the analyst and analysis date
.
