F691 powder modified sludge dewatering agent

The scientific name of F691 Shaving Phoebe is a perennial tree that grows in vast areas of southern China

[Preparation method] Using natural polymer plant powder F691 as raw material, amphoteric natural polymer modified flocculants (CGAC1 and CGAC2) are synthesized through reactions such as etherification and graft copolymerization

    (1) Put the trimethylamine aqueous solution into a three-necked flask, drop concentrated hydrochloric acid through a dropping funnel, control a certain temperature to prepare an ammonium salt, then add epichlorohydrin , control the reaction temperature at 45~65℃, and react for 3~5h , The product is concentrated and purified and prepared into 45%~48% concentration aqueous solution

    (2) The reaction for preparing CGAC2 is divided into three steps

①Amine methylation reaction Weigh a quantitative raw material F691 powder, add a certain volume of ethanol to disperse it evenly; add sodium hydroxide solution under water cooling to alkalize for 30 minutes; then add a quantitative aqueous solution of monochloroacetic acid at 50°C The reaction was etherified for 2 hours to obtain the amine methylation intermediate CG(A) (F691/sodium hydroxide/monochloroacetic acid/ethanol (mass ratio)=1.

② For graft copolymerization, add carboxymethylated intermediate product and deionized water into the reaction vessel, vent nitrogen and heat to 60°C, add acrylamide monomer and initiator under stirring, and cool and discharge after 2h reaction.

③Amine methylation reaction dissolves a certain concentration of graft copolymer in deionized water, then adds quantitative formaldehyde and dimethylamine, reacts at 50℃ for 2h, cools and neutralizes the pH value, and prepares modified amphoteric pollutants.

    [application]

①The sludge used for the dewatering performance test of industrial sludge was taken from the wastewater treatment plant of a knitting factory in Guangzhou.

Table 11-8 Analysis of the properties of sludge

It can be seen from Table 11-8 that the moisture content of the two sludges is very high and needs to be dehydrated

The effect of the amount of flocculant on the sedimentation performance of the sludge: Because the fine particles in the sludge are negatively charged and mutually repel each other, and part of the sludge is combined with the surface attached water to form a gel, they can be stably distributed in the water and have better sedimentation performance.

When the dosage is 20mg/L, the sedimentation rate is 38% higher than that of the blank sample, and the sedimentation rate of PAM-C is 10% to 15% higher than that of the blank sample

②Experimental study on the dewatering performance of papermaking mixed sludge.
