(4) Emergency evacuation

After a fire occurs, in addition to extinguishing the fire in accordance with the fire-fighting procedures, people and materials must be evacuated in an emergency

(1) The evacuation personnel must work in an orderly manner, obey the command personnel and evacuate according to the requirements of the evacuation personnel

(3) When organizing and commanding personnel to rescue and evacuate materials, there must be a special person responsible for the entire evacuation work in an orderly manner

(5) Self-rescue on the fire scene

(1) Once you find or realize that you may be surrounded by fireworks and your life safety is threatened on the fire scene, you should immediately give up your work and race against time to escape the danger

(2) When escaping, you should observe and judge the fire situation as much as possible, and be clear about the degree of danger of your environment, so that you can take corresponding measures

(3) Detect whether the evacuation passage is blocked by fireworks, and choose the safest and most reliable route

(4) When choosing an escape route, the easiest, nearest and safest channel should be selected first according to the fire situation

(5) If the normal passages are cut off by fireworks, you can connect ropes or clothing belts, soak them with water, tie them to solid objects, and descend the ropes to a safe floor or the ground

(6) If you are at the height of a two-story building, you can sometimes jump off the building to escape if you can't wait for rescue and have no alternative

(7) When various passages are cut off, the fire is large, and no one is rescued for a while, you can retreat to the unburned room and close the doors and windows

(1) When you find an external fire indoors, you should touch the door panel before opening the door.
If heat or smoke enters from the door, do not open the door rashly, open it slowly, or try to escape from other exits

When it is necessary to open the door, use a door leaf and other items as a cover on one side to prevent it from being smoked over by smoke or being burned by heat waves
.

(2) When escaping, close the doors and windows on the passages at will to delay the flow of smoke along the passages through which people escape

When passing through the dense smoke area, it is best to move forward in a low posture or crawl forward, and cover your mouth and nose with a wet towel
.

(3) When calling for help, in addition to shouting, bright and eye-catching objects should be waved.
At night, you can also use flashlights and other luminous signals or knock on metal objects to attract the attention of other personnel

If conditions permit, various communication tools should be used to report to the police in accordance with the fire alarm procedures

(4) If the clothes on your body catch fire, they should be quickly taken off, torn off or rolled on the spot to suppress the fire
