From January 1, 2021, my country will adjust import tariffs on some commodities

Since 2021 Nian 1 Yue 1 date, our country will have 883 items of commodities implement provisional import tax rate lower than MFN rates.

At the same time, in accordance with the development of domestic industries and changes in supply and demand, the temporary import tax rate implemented in 2020 will be appropriately adjusted.

According to free trade agreements or preferential trade arrangements signed and effective between China and relevant countries or regions, in 2021 , China will implement agreed tariff rates on some imported goods originating in relevant countries or regions.

2021 Nian 7 Yue 1 date, our country will be on 176 MFN tariff item information technology products, the implementation of the sixth step of tariff reduction.

In order to meet the needs of industrial development and technological progress, facilitate trade management and statistics, and at the same time standardize the implementation of the "Commodity Names and Coding Harmonized System", some tariffs and tax items will be adjusted in 2021 .
The total number of tax items after adjustment is 8,580 .
