According to reports, the Guangxi Market Supervision Bureau officially launched the refined oil express inspection vehicle in October this year, which can complete the rapid screening of the quality of the oil distributed by a gas station (point) in 20 minutes, accurately lock the varieties, labels and unqualified items of suspected unqualified oil, the accuracy of the test results reaches more than 95%, the reliability reaches the level of conventional laboratory testing, but the cost of testing is less than 1/3
of conventional testing.

From November 8th to 9th, the Guilin Municipal Market Supervision Bureau and the Guangxi Quality Inspection Institute jointly carried out a special action
for rapid inspection of automotive oil quality.
Random inspections
were carried out on Sinopec Guilin Branch, PetroChina Guilin Sales Branch and private gas stations.
At the sampling site, the inspectors randomly retained gasoline and diesel samples through the gas station's gas gun, and then used the instruments in the fast inspection vehicle to carry out relevant component inspection, so as to achieve on-site results and print reports, which improved the timeliness and flexibility
of oil testing.

During this operation, the oil products of the private "oil flash" distribution vehicle that failed the initial inspection in Sanjie Town, Lingchuan County, Guilin City, were seized by law enforcement personnel on the spot, and nearly 5 tons
of unqualified diesel fuel were suspected.
Law enforcement personnel make a record of the inquiry on the spot, send the oil to a legally qualified testing institution for re-examination at the first time, and take the next step
after the official test result report comes out.

From taking action, on-site testing, temporary detention of oil products to follow-up storage, the Guilin market supervision department formed a closed loop of work within one day, quickly and effectively cracking down on illegal oil operations

According to statistics, a total of 9 batches of automotive oil products were sampled in this operation, and 2 batches
were initially unqualified.
