1 Sampling method

Randomly select the recently produced products that have the product quality inspection certificate or other forms of qualified products from the products to be sold

The sampling base shall be no less than 150 pipes or 150 pipe fittings in the same batch and the same specification

Priority will be given to the selection of product models and specifications with large production and sales volume of the enterprises under random inspection, and priority will be given to the selection of PVC materials with nominal outer diameters of dn20mm-dn110mm

2 Judgment principle

After inspection, all the inspected items meet the standard requirements, and it is determined that the products under random inspection are not found to be unqualified; if any one or more of the inspection items are unqualified, it is determined that the products under random inspection are unqualified

If the quality requirements of the inspected products are higher than the standard requirements of the inspection items in these rules, they should be judged according to the quality requirements of the inspected products

If the quality requirements of the inspected products are lower than the mandatory standard requirements on which the inspection items are based in these detailed rules, they shall be judged in accordance with the mandatory standard requirements

If the stated quality requirements of the inspected product are lower than or contain the recommended standard requirements on the basis of the inspection items in these detailed rules, it shall be judged based on the stated quality requirements of the inspected product, but it shall be explained in the remarks of the inspection report

If the quality requirements of the inspected products lack the mandatory standard requirements on which the inspection items are based in these detailed rules, they shall be judged in accordance with the mandatory standard requirements

If the quality requirements of the inspected products lack the recommended standard requirements on which the inspection items are based in these detailed rules, the items will not participate in the judgment, but should be explained in the remarks of the inspection report
