    Sinochem News News on August 6, Guangzhou Petrochemical’s polyethylene plant successfully produced 1,000 tons of ultra-high melting index PE-L M2750 products under high load with improved slurry catalysts in the condensing state, and all the products reached the premium standard.

    The product has a melting index of 50±7g/10min, which is much higher than the normal production product's melting index of 20g/10min.
    It is an ultra-high melting index product, which is mainly used for the production of color masterbatches and has a high degree of market acceptance

    Previously, the device produced this product in a non-condensing state, using solid catalysts for low-load production

    Since the use of solid catalysts requires stopping the catalyst feeder to deliver new catalysts, it is not conducive to production operations, and also not conducive to the stability of production and the increase of load
