On November 2, Guodian officially broke ground on the Chongqing Shizhu Qianye Grassland Wind Power Project, which is the third wind power project of Guodian Group in Chongqing Development (000514), which is scheduled to be fully put into operation by
the end of 2017.

In the preparation stage for the start of construction, Chongqing Wind Power Development Company carefully organized the in-depth optimization of the layout machine plan and the construction plan, saved 3.
5 million yuan in project cost by optimizing the construction electricity and water scheme and integrating the use of local roads in the site, and effectively used the four better resource positions in the planning scenic spot to improve the wind farm utilization hours by 100 hours and save 1.
5 million yuan by winning the support of the county government, so as to achieve a high-quality start
in the true sense.
Qianye grassland wind power project is located in Daxie Town, Shizhu County, installed 30 United Power 2 MW units, the project was included in the fourth batch of national approval plan in March 2014, approved by Chongqing Municipal Development and Reform Commission in early 2015, the total investment of the project dynamic is about 509 million yuan, and the equivalent utilization hours will reach 2121 hours
after putting into operation.
