The joint law enforcement inspection shall check whether the freight (logistics) enterprise strictly implements relevant systems such as random inspection and random inspection in the acceptance link of LTL cargo, the real-name system of the shipper, the registration of consignment items and the retention of information in accordance with relevant requirements, so as to prevent the entrainment of disposable non-degradable plastic products in the transportation of goods.
At the same time, we urge port and shipping companies to strictly implement the declaration and inspection system for goods entering the island, require the shipper to provide a list of goods when going through the formalities for the carriage of goods entering the island, and refuse to carry the prohibited plastic products when they are found

If the joint law enforcement inspection finds clues about the illegal act of transporting disposable non-degradable plastic products, it will be investigated and dealt with by the market supervision department

Hainan will strengthen the use of credit supervision in joint law enforcement.
After the special rectification work is over, Hainan will establish a "double random, one open" normalized supervision mechanism jointly with the province's transportation, market supervision, and comprehensive law enforcement departments, forming a management and control system with enterprise responsibility, government supervision, social supervision, and efficient operation
