On March 22, Yangpu Ecological Environment Bureau made the first public participation in the environmental impact assessment of the raw material optimization project of the Hainan Refinery and Chemical Ethylene Project.

Optimize the raw material of ethylene unit and use crude oil to directly crack to produce ethylene

2) Add the second working condition of EO/EG unit, for some intermediate products

Ethylene oxide is further refined to obtain ethylene oxide products
