Sinopec News Network reported recently that the foundations of 8 cracking furnaces in the cracking furnace area of ​​Hainan Refining & Chemical's 1 million tons/year ethylene plant were installed, 3 days ahead of the original plan, marking the transition from civil construction to installation construction for cracking furnace construction.

The Hainan Refining and Chemical Ethylene Plant has a total of 8 cracking furnaces with 645 tons of steel banding, 4341 square meters of formwork support, and 6482 cubic meters of concrete pouring.

The Hainan Refining and Chemical Engineering Department of Ten Construction took the party history learning and education as an opportunity to give full play to the pioneering role of party members, promptly advance the project progress and construction depth, formulate the construction schedule, actively implement the daily on-site tasks, and greatly shorten the civil foundation construction cycle.

During the basic handover of the cracking furnace, the Hainan Refining and Chemical Project Department of Shijian Hainan Refining and Chemical Project passed various tests with high standards.

At present, the Hainan Refining and Chemical Engineering Project Department of Shijian has begun to prepare for the installation of steel structure and furnace wall panels, strictly control the construction quality and safety of the construction process, and strive to make the cracking furnace construction a model project for the whole site.
